We are currently something around 20 long term experienced consultants and manager who are not willing anymore to do stupid things! We all learned to operationalize changes to improve the performance of teams and organizations - agile and classic environments - in the end it does not matter. In the end it's all about Flow!
Mental Flow - this state of where mankind is really creative and productive
Work Flow - this state when resources are waiting for work and the work flows as fast as possible through the organization
Monetary Flow - if the work flows optimally then also the money flows
Change Flow - or fluid organizations that are self-(re-)organized to adjust in optimal speed to the environment
We don't want to consult or teach or advise - we just want to provide input, ideas, support so you can improve yourself. This is the main idea behind the DolphinUniverse and that is what drives us every day!
